Our experienced craftspeople take pride in constructing your modular home with the utmost care. For over ten years we have erected thousands of pre-fabricated homes in the tri-state area using the latest technology and components. Every year we add approximately 400 more single-family and multi-unit dwellings to our construction portfolio. We have been recognized for superior quality workmanship, which has prompted eight different manufacturing facilities to list us as a "vendor of choice".

Fifty percent of our employees are family members and therefore, we hold family values and a healthy work-life balance in high regard. History
Modular Home Erectors, Inc. was founded by husband and wife team, Stan and Tina Weaver. Over the past ten years, they along with their professional crew, have managed to set hundreds of homes. The company continues to grow while still maintaining its attention to detail by retaining crew members together since its inception.

Management
Stan Weaver is the principal owner of Modular Home Erectors. He began working as a member of a set crew in 1993 at CRM Construction. In this role, he learned many facets of the modular industry and quickly climbed the ranks to crew chief where he managed an entire crew. In 1997, CRM Construction went out of business. Stan subsequently purchased their equipment and formed his own company, hiring two other employees from his former company. In addition to his 14 years of hands-on experience, Stan has attended the Modular Housing Technical Institute where he sharpened and honed his skills and knowledge of the trade.
